Stampin Up Jar of Haunts Scene Card

Today I'm using Stampin' Up's Jar of Haunts stamps, Lawn Fawn's Bayou Backdrop die and Tim Holtz Distress inks to create a creepy masked bayou scene card. Stampin Up Jar of Love Simple Card

Hi friends, welcome back to my blog and channel. For today's card I decided to go back to an old set of stamps and dies from Stampin' Up! called Jar of Love. I've had these for a very long time but I wanted to give you some ideas of what to do with it if you still own it. I think it's nice to see old product come back with new ideas as we've spent money on these products and want to get the most out of them. I also used a variety of Stampin' Up! inks and Lawn Fawn's Outside In Stitched Scalloped Rectangle dies. Together with these products I made an easy two-step stamped and inked card.

Tim Holtz Distress Product Birthday Haul

Hi friends, welcome back to my blog and channel. Today I have something a little different in that I thought I'd show you what my wonderful hubby got me for my birthday. It's all about Tim Holtz products and I'm super excited to share this and the upcoming projects made with them.

I will have a Halloween and Christmas haul later this week so be sure to pop back for that.

Lawn Fawn Ready Set Snow Watercolor Card

Hi friends, welcome back to my blog and channel. There is a sad story with today's project but it made for a fun and cute scene card. I used Lawn Fawn's Ready, Set, Snow and Joy To The Woods stamps, Ready, Set, Snow add-on dies for the shaker element, the Birch Tree dies as well as the Garden Border die for the snow. I also used a Stitched Rectangle die for the background base.

I then inked the background, trees, snow bank and snow globe using Tim Holtz Distress Oxide inks and used Mijello Mission Gold watercolor paints for the baubles.

For the shaker elements, I used Nuvo Glitter in Diamond. You could add all sorts of shaker bits but this looked snow to me.

A little more thinking and prep involved but super easy to do and a lot of fun too.

Lawn Fawn Pumpkin Spice Card | Masking Technique

Hi friends, welcome back to my blog and channel. Today's card is funny haha as I made a big boo-boo but decided to leave it in for you to see how to fix your project when something like this happens. It happens to all of us and at the end of the day it's just a piece of paper and some ink so don't freak your freak (yes I've just quoted Tim Holtz).

Lawn Fawn Oh Gnome Watercolor Scene Card

Hi friend, welcome back to my blog and channel. Today's card is super fun, you know I love a scene card and this is no exception. I used Lawn Fawn's Mushroom House dies along with their Oh Gnome stamps. I painted the stamped images with Mijello Mission Gold Watercolor paints and cut them out using my Brother Scan n Cut machine. I used Distress ink in Brushed Corduroy for the edges of everything and Distress Oxide ink in Bundled Sage and Shaded Lilac for the background. So much fun with this one!
